However, 75% of women will experience symptoms of the menopause with 25% of these being severe.
The above are just some of the challenging symptoms that can accompany the menopause, but they are among the key struggles, with the highest impact, which women in the workplace trying to hold down successful careers are suffering with, often in silence.

While many companies, both large and small are now starting to be on-board with suitable support platforms and workplace adjustments, there is unarguably a long way to go with adequate support in most organisations and many women are suffering in silence in the meantime.

During your coaching programme, I will provide you with a safe space and a sounding board so you can discuss your concerns and symptoms and the effects these may have been having on you.
Together we will find your own unique way forward and define strategies for action in a completely non-judgemental setting. We will help you to reconnect with your strengths and passions, the person you ‘were’ and the value of your contribution - something that so many of us forget at this time.
