About

I have 30 year's experience in healthcare, both in the NHS and the private health sector - clinically and then subsequently within senior management, leading large teams through challenge and change. The recent Covid Pandemic being one of the most challenging periods for individuals and our clinical services, but also, the greatest teacher in terms of leading people through disruption and transition.

During my 20 years in management, it became clear to me that my passion was always the people and certainly, the area in which I experienced the greatest joy from the role.

Whether it was managing conflict, developing teams, mentoring individuals or creating a safe space where they felt there was trust and security that could help to be a springboard for their growth and development. Always encouraging them to look beyond what they thought they believed about themselves.

I have had the privilege to coach and mentor multiple individuals in both my own and external teams. It was this that led me onto formally becoming an accredited coach and dedicating this chapter of my career solely to helping uncover and develop the true potential of those I am lucky enough to work with.

Whether it be adolescents looking for some clarity and sense about their futures, CEOs of businesses who are still open to believe that there may be an even bigger picture, to anyone who may just be looking for a clearer path or has a belief that ‘there must be more’ but no idea where to begin, the coaching ‘conversation’ can be perfectly tailored to all clients, whatever their need.

I am a registered coach on the ADHD UK website, one of  the UKs leading charities providing information, support, research, advocay and awareness into ADHD.

To that end, I am an avid follower of all who publish and talk on

‘the positive abundance mind set’.

I practice meditation/ mindfulness and I am a Reiki Master.

How it works:

I offer a free 20 minute ‘discovery call’ which will give us a chance to get a feel for each other.

For you to get the maximum impact from your coaching sessions and to allow yourself to be open, honest and at times vulnerable within the sessions, it is essential that you feel we are a good fit.

We can discuss whether online or face to face meetings are more suitable for you. Weekday and some evening appointments are available.

Initially, I will walk you through the whole process of coaching, the initial contracting, the timeframes, how the sessions would work, cancellations etc., and we would discuss the goals that you may be looking to achieve/issues that you are wanting help to deal with.

There are useful tools that we can use together to uncover areas that you want to focus on even when they are not immediately clear to you. You do not have to come to the sessions with a clear plan or issue, just an openness to experience ‘more’ and to be curious is enough.

We will check in regularly over the course of sessions to get a sense check for how helpful you are finding the process and I will ask for your honest feedback so we can make any changes if useful to you. Please remember that this is your conversation, and I want you to get the maximum benefit

from our time together.

The length of the programme that we would work together is routinely 6 sessions, once a month but, depending on the nature of the goal or challenge, this can be altered to suit.
